Refund policy
We will gladly accept any returns or exchange of unworn jewelry within 14 days of delivery as long as it has the price tag still attached and is in its original unworn condition. All Sale Jewelry, personalized jewelry and earrings are final sale and there are no returns or exchanges on either of these items.
We are unable to refund Permanent Forever Bracelet Appointment deposits if you miss your appointment. If you need to cancel and or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us within 12 hours of your appointment. Failure to do so, will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
*** Returns and or exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please message us within 7 days of delivery if you would like to make a return or exchange. Once we receive your message we will send you the return instructions. Unfortunately we do not provide return postage. Once we receive your return and or exchange we will issue you a credit for your purchase minus the postage. We are not responsible for lost packages so please make sure you send us a tracking number for your return shipment. ***
