Return & Repair Policy
We will gladly accept any returns or exchanges of unworn jewelry within 14 days after the delivery date.
All jewelry must be in its original unworn condition with all tags still attached to the jewelry. If any tags are missing or the item appears to have been worn, then we will be unable to process your return and the merchandise will be sent back to the original shipping address.
Returns will be excepted for 30 days from the date of purchase, however after the 14 day grace period refunds will be offered in the form of store credit.
All SALE items, personalized jewelry and special orders are final sale. There are no returns or exchanges on these items.
Return Process:
To initiate a return please email amarks@alexandramarksjewelry.com to request a return authorization number. Please include your order number as well as the reason for return in your email. If said item/items meet the proper requirements then a return authorization number (RA#) will be issued. (Please note that any item without a RA # will be sent back to the shipper)
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- All jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition will all tags still attached.
- Returns apply to full priced merchandise only
- You may exchange your item in store, if it meets all of the necessary requirements
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- All items must be properly packaged in their original box or pouch and wrapped in padding to protect the jewelry against damage in transit.
- The package must be labeled with the RA# and it must be visible on the outside of the box or mailer.
- A copy of the invoice should be included within the package
- Alexandramarksjewelrycom.com is not responsible for any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit.

All returns will be refunded in original form of payment to the purchaser within 30 days of receipt of product. Shipping and handling paid on your original order are not refundable.
Repairs:
We stand behind our jewelry and we want you to be happy with your Alexandra Marks Jewelry. If your jewelry becomes damaged within 30 days of delivery, you can send your jewelry back to us for repair. Please follow the return instructions above.
