Care Information

While our permanent jewelry is crafted to endure everyday wear, they are not unbreakable. It is still a delicate piece of jewelry that requires proper care. Like all fine jewelry chains, there is a risk of pulling, stretching, and bending that can result in breakage. If your bracelet breaks, you can bring it back to our store, and we will weld it back onto your wrist at no charge. Please note that we cannot replace lost bracelets and charms.

Cleaning

Keep your forever jewelry shiny and sparkly by cleaning it regularly with a soft toothbrush and mild dish soap. Gently brush away any dirt or grime, then pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. For our sterling silver chains, you can also use a jewelry polishing cloth to remove any traces of tarnish.

Care

Harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, extreme sulfate exposure, and prolonged contact with chlorine or salt water can damage your chain and charms. While avoiding these entirely may not always be possible, we recommend cleaning your jewelry after any chemical exposure to maintain its condition.

Removal

If you ever need to remove your permanent "forever" jewelry, please use household scissors to cut it off at the small jump ring. Avoid cutting the chain itself, as this can damage it and make repairs difficult.

If you decide you no longer want your jewelry to be permanent, we offer the option to add a clasp for a small fee.
