Buy Online & Pickup In Store:
You are now able to shop directly on our website a pick up your order at our boutique in Wicker Park.
- Once you’ve finished shopping, select “Store Pickup” when checking out.
- We’ll get everything packaged, and will email or text you (please provide your mobile number at checkout) with instructions when your order is ready for pickup!
- Pickup is offered during our normal business hours Monday-Sunday. Please note that orders placed 2 hours before closing will be processed and ready for pickup the next business day.
- Please give us at least 3-4 hours to process your order.
- Upon arrival you will be required to wear a mask and provide ID and or proof of purchase.
We now offer free local delivery to select zip codes in Chicago. To see if you qualify for local delivery, please type in your address when checking out. Make sure to select local delivery and your preferred shipping method.
- Local delivery is offered Monday-Friday between the hours of 10 am to 2 pm (with some exceptions).
- Once your order is processed, we will email or text you to set up your local delivery time.
- Please make sure to provide both your email & cell phone number.
Please note that all alexandramarksjewelry.com orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. All orders are processed and ship directly from our store within 2-3 business days once credit card authorization and verification has been obtained.
- All orders from alexandramarksjewelry.com are sent first class mail through USPS, unless otherwise specified at checkout.
- Please note that there is a significant up charge if you require shipping through UPS. We recommend that all diamond jewelry purchased be shipped through UPS.
- When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail or text message with your tracking number.
- Delivery dates are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed.
Once your order has been packaged, we then hand off your package to one of our third party shipping partners. At this point AlexandraMarksJewelry.com is no longer responsible for any package that is delayed, lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival.
