What do I do if my bracelet breaks?

While these bracelets are designed to withstand everyday wear, that doesn't mean that they are unbreakable. Like anything, if something happens or it gets caught on something the chain can snap.  If your bracelet does break you are more than welcome to bring it back to our store and we will weld it back onto your wrist.
We are unable to replace lost bracelets.

How do I take it off?

If you would like to remove your permanent bracelet for any reason you can easily cut it off at home with a pair of basic scissors. We recommend that you cut the tiny ring that joins the chain together, that way if you ever want to have it welded back onto your wrist you still have the option.

Does it hurt?

Not at all. It is a totally painless process that involves a quick zap to your bracelet, not your skin.
